Brownieeeeee … One word that describes sinful eating to me. I am not a chocolate fan ( i know, people like me exist ) but a brownie is something i would take a bite of..
This one is just the perfect one , super fudge with goey centre and a paper like crust on top. Oreos add the depth and crunch to it.
If you like your sweets be a lil less sweet ( like me ), then you can reduce the sugar a bit . BUT , sugar gives the brownie its crust as well as texture. So if u reduce it, there would be some changes in the outcome apart from the sweetness.
If you don’t enjoy Oreo, Skip it. You can add Hazelnuts instead or simple butter cookies (crushed).
One last thing, a brownie would taste a little more sweet when warm . so let it cool down properly and then relish to get the actual taste .
You need:
80gm Flour
75gm Cocoa powder
250gm Castor sugar
250gm Butter
250gm Cooking Chocolate ( 180gm Dark + 70gm Milk )
150 gm Nutella
3 eggs
18-20 pieces Oreo biscuits
1 tsp Vanilla extract.
How to:
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
Grease and line a brownie tray tin.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or a microwave.
Keep it aside.
Sift the flour and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until double the volume.
Slowly fold in the flour into the eggs.
Mix in the chocolate as well.
Now chop a few pieces of oreo and mix them into the batter.
Pour onto the prepared tin.
With a spoon, drop spoonfuls of nutella randomly all over the batter.
Run a skewer through it.
Chop the remaining oreos too. Sprinkle them over the batter.
Bake for around 45-50 minutes.
The top becomes papery and shiny. That’s when you know its done. If you want a very soft and gooey one bake for 10 minutes less.
Hope you guys will give it a try !
Till then,
Bon Appetit Peeps !!
