Slow Roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic dip with crisp bread fingers !!!
Sounds heavy ! Lot of hardwork ??
Believe me it is as light and refreshing as it can get . And gets ready super quick once the tomatoes are roasted .
Now. Let’s get to the prep.
We need Cherry tomatoes , some garlic pods , a tsp of jeera , some pink salt , a tbsp of brown sugar , a drizzle of olive oil , some jeera powder And Lastly some finely chopped green garlic to finish.
Preheat the oven at 160 degree Celsius . Mix tomatoes , jeera , salt , sugar , garlic and olive oil and keep to bake for 45 mins or so . Untill they are well roasted and garlic is brownish .
Now season the hung curd with some salt , sugar and jeera powder.
In a serving dish , spread the curd .
Spoon the tomatoes and garlic over it. Sprinkle chopped green garlic and voila it’s ready to serve .
Now , while the tomatoes roast . I also keep my sliced buttered bread fingers to bake . Once golden take them out and let cool .
These taste amaze with the dip ! You can even use Lavash or nachos if u wish .

Hope you guys like what I do !!!
Bon Appetite Peeps !!
